Hand blown and hand polished by artisan Yutaro Kijima. The "Battuto" Natsumé traditionally holds matcha powder in the Tea Ceremony.
It requires incredible skill to make a lid that fits the base perfectly, and matching polishing patterns. Essentially, it is making two separate vessels and matching them perfectly.
Made in Tokyo with the highest grade crystal.
