Orders and Preorders
As all items are artisanal and one-of-a-kind, there are limited quantities of each item, often there is only one. When they are sold out, if available to remake, they will appear as "Out of stock, Preorder".
In this case, as the items are made in a sustainable and individualized method one-by-one and not mass produced, the time to receive the Preorder will range between 1-6 months. Once the order is placed, we will notify you by email of the timeline of delivery. All Preorders require payment up front before processing the order.
The pieces are truly special and we hope you and your loved ones enjoy them.

Local and city taxes are applicable on all orders within the US as well as duties on international orders outside of the US.
We ship worldwide.
Online orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends will be processed within 2 business days afterwards. All shipments are processed out of Los Angeles, California, and availability of products are not guaranteed as our system updates. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking number with your selected shipping method when the order is sent.
